Once you book your appointment, if there are any time frames that should to be met PLEASE text me regarding your time frame at lease 72 hours before your appointment. 

PLEASE LET ME COOK! I’m an artist & I’m sensitive about my SH*T.. Every detail matters, & is how you get that desired look. 

 

Depending on the service, please allow 4 hours Salon Time for your appointment: shampoo 2-3 times, condition, blow dry (1 hour) braid down/ prep (1 hour) bundle wash/ dry (30 mins) … we are already 2 hours in before we even start sewing, gluing, or styling. So please allow time for your install to cook, that’s the only way to EAT! 

 

Please be on time. A late fee of $50 after 30 minutes will be charged. If i have a tight schedule, your appointment will be canceled. & your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. 

 

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOOKINGS! ALL DEPOSITS are subtracted from the total of your service.
